MINO Rx is a prescription access program offered through a sponsoring organization. It confirms eligibility, presents program pricing, coordinates licensed clinical review, and reports pharmacy fulfillment status.

MINO Rx is not insurance and is not a substitute for insurance. Participation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. A licensed clinician makes every clinical determination.

Amounts shown are estimated until the participating pharmacy or the contracted pricing source confirms them. Retail reference amounts are comparison references, not quotes from a specific pharmacy.

Sponsor support is an allowance configured by your organization and applied to eligible fill events. Sponsor support never reduces a member amount below zero.

Member, prescription and payment records are held only for the purposes of running the program, and are never sold.

Member-facing status text is written to be safe to display. Operational notes, integration payloads, and clinical documentation are not shown to members or to sponsoring organizations.

Organizations receive aggregate information only. They do not receive member names, member identifiers, medication selections, care status, or pharmacy detail.

Access is limited to authorized reviewers. Do not enter real personal, health, payment, or credential information into this environment.

Real eligibility, clinical handoff, pharmacy status, and claim field capabilities are disabled by default and remain disabled until each integration is contractually confirmed and reviewed.

Clinical chart and prescribing: MINO MD / Elation. Pharmacy dispensing: the contracted pharmacy platform. PBM or claims data: the contracted PBM or claims platform.

MINO Rx presents normalized status. It does not overwrite authoritative clinical, pharmacy, or claims records.
