What does the card cost?
Nothing. Enrollment is free, there is no monthly fee, and the card does not expire.
Who can use it?
Anyone, at any age, with or without insurance. One card covers your whole household, including pets whose medication is filled at a retail pharmacy.
Do I have to be a Mino member?
No. The card stands on its own. If you later join Mino Passport, the same card carries over — you do not enroll twice.
Is it insurance?
No. It is a discount card. There are no claims, no deductible and no coverage decisions.
Will my information be sold?
No. Enrollment collects a name, an email address and a ZIP code. Nothing is sold and HIPAA guidelines are followed at the counter.
Can I use it with my insurance?
Not on the same fill. Ask the pharmacist to run both and charge you whichever comes out lower.
What if the pharmacy will not take it?
Call the help desk on 833-979-2255. They can confirm participation and walk the pharmacist through the routing block.
Does the card give me Mino peptide pricing?
An active card marks you as a card member, which applies card-member pricing in the Mino dispensary. A Passport plan prices lower still.
