How the card works

Two ways to use it: hand it over at a pharmacy counter, or price and order your medication by mail.

Walk-in

At the pharmacy counter

Enroll and get your number

Give a name, an email address and a ZIP code. Your card number appears straight away — nothing is mailed and nothing is verified.

Show the card with your prescription

Hand the pharmacist your card, or read them the BIN, PCN and group numbers on the card face. They run it like any prescription savings card.

Pay the lower of the two prices

The pharmacy compares the card price with your cash price and charges the lower one. Nothing is billed to you by Mino.

Mail order

Filled and shipped to you

Price the medication first

Look your medication up at www.medaffordglobal.com/jcbenefits before you order, so you know the price you will pay.

Order online or by phone

Order at that address, or call 855-633-7977 and give the mail-order group number on your card.

It ships to your door

Mail-order fills are shipped directly to you. Delivery windows are quoted at the time you order.

Limits

What the card does not do

This is not insurance and it is not a replacement for insurance.
It does not guarantee that a medication is in stock or that a prescription will be written.
It cannot be combined with a federal or state programme such as Medicare or Medicaid on the same fill.
It is not a discount on a Mino peptide order — that is what the Mino boutique pricing below covers.

The card is pre-activated and never expires. Nothing is billed to you by Mino for holding it.
